Lisbon Office

Airfare Specialist

Auto Europe together with one of our partners are looking for Airfare specialists, for a new project in Lisbon. Are you a fluent French speaker? Are you looking for an opportunity in a flexible environment and are a travel enthusiast?

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries to achieve sales targets while providing superior customer service.

Day to day tasks

• Answer calls in timely, courteous, and professional manner
• Enforce active selling skills to close a sale
• Process bookings with accuracy and detail
• Consistently meet individual performance targets
• Stays current on products, services, promotions, procedures, and technology
• Identify and solve challenges
• All other related tasks as required

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, Attributes Required

Education

• Travel/Tourism school diploma or equivalent related travel industry experience
• 1-3 years on-the-job experience and/or performing similar duties required
• OPC

Reservation Agent

Multiple languages - We are looking for friendly, service oriented and easygoing reservations Agent candidates that are fluent speakers in at least one of the following languages:

Danish	Dutch	Finnish
French	German	Italian
Norwegian	Spanish	Swedish

Job entails handling incoming calls from direct clients as well as Travel Agencies for car rental requests worldwide, as well as handling email enquiries. Candidates should have competent knowledge of English, which is our corporate language as well as excellent phone manners, good knowledge of worldwide geography and good PC-skills (MS Office).
