" Auto Europe always a pleasure to work with, however they should take a look at the unprofessional practices of ALAMO in Luxembourg Findel airport . "

" Picked up the keys at the reception. I was told to sign the form stating the car had no damages, and was told that when I find the car I should take a picture of any damage of the car. I found none, however when arriving home a few hours later I found a bump on the bottom of the rear fender which I missed at the pick up station. I took a picture and showed the picture to ALAMO on my return. They assumed I did the damage and credited my credit card with 780 euros ! Unprofessional mafia which I don't recommend . P's. By the way, initially I was given a car with a complete mis aligned wheel which prompted me to return to the station and swap the car. "
